  • What is the closest airport and how far is Las Terrenas from the airport?
    The closest airport is SAMANA ( AZS). The distance is 15miles , travel time 30min Flights from Canada : Air Canada, Air Transat , West Jet ( year round) Flights from France : XL-airways ( seasonal) The second closest is SANTO DOMINGO ( SDQ) The distance is 87miles , travel time 1.50min Flights : All major airline companies including low cost airlines. other Airports - Punta Cana ( 4 hours travel time) - Puerto Plata ( 3 hours travel time)
  • How do I get to the rental property?
    No worries we can arrange a taxi pick up at any airport , just send us a mail with your flight info and the #people . We'll give you a quote . -Or At all the airports you can rent a car. A detailed route information will be sent to you.
  • I want to book a tour and cook service together with the villa . But I don't see the option in the drop down menu.
    Once you have made a reservation please let us know what tours or services you are interested in . We provide you all the info and a quote which can be paid in a separate invoice. Please note that all boat tours are weather related , and can be cancelled at the last moment. In this case you will get a full refund.
  • When Is my reservation confirmed?
    When booked through our site and you paid the 50% deposit, your reservation is confirmed. Please note that the remaining balance has to be paid 60 days before your arrival. If your stay is within the 60 days, a full payment is obligated. Payments can be done by credit card, cash or bank wire . For any additional question, please feel free to contact us
  • Do I get a rental agreement?
    Yes, of course. This is mandatory. We need your full name, like written on your passport , nationality and passport number. A rental agreement gives both parties protection against fraudulent actions. The rental agreement stipulates your dates of stay, payment, #guests and house rules. This is common with all vacation rentals worldwide
